Enchantments' goal is to make our exchanges or returns as fair and easy as possible.

Our shipping rates are determined by USPS and UPS. All orders incur a scale fee for shipping depending on the size and weight of the order.

You may return most items sold by Enchantments-Maine.com within 15 days of delivery for full credit of merchandise cost to your PayPal or credit card account. If you are returning an item that was sent as described, but are unhappy with it due to a defect we'll refund the full product price but will not refund any shipping costs.

NOTE: we will not accept returns on any crystal or mineral products due to the metaphysical properties involved. We would never re-sell a mineral or crystal or gem that was worn or handled by another person because of negative energy transfers. Nor will we accept return on any books, body-jewelry, body piercing, incense, perfumes, any CD or DVD or Tarot set or deck that has had its plastic wrap opened (even if it's re-taped !). Nor will we accept any returns on any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, nor any item missing its' barcode tag or merchandise packaging, nor torn packaging.

All items are shipped insured. If it is damaged in shipping, we will follow up insurance procedures with you.
The risk of item loss and / or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

I. Fill out the back of the invoice that was shipped with you order. Make and keep a copy of your invoice for your records.
2. Ship the damaged piece along with the invoice to:
